Wave Technologies (Also trading as Rife Health) is one of the first businesses in South Africa that has showcased its products on the Internet. (Already since the year 2000).
We have had already a money-back warranty on our resonator range in place since the year 2000 - Long before the current South African Consumer Act came into being - To ensure that there will be no risk of losing money on something that does not work. Please be assured that we do not want any of our customers to be dissatisfied with any of our products. Let us know if we have not met your expectations so that we can rectify them. Please be assured that we source the best quality products and render the necessary after-sales support.

Warranties
2-year warranty on the resonator device. Not on any consumables and accessories such as cables, batteries and chargers. Do not insert any plugs that are not specified by the manufacturer into the device. Inlet ports that have been damaged by trying forcefully to insert a plug that is out of specification are not covered by the warranty. Cancellation / Refund Policy
An order means that you have submitted your delivery address and paid. If it has not been shipped yet then we shall gladly pay back the full amount that you have paid minus 5% to cover our admin fee and banking costs. If it has been shipped then we shall pay back the full amount that you have paid minus 10% to cover our processing fee and banking costs and minus the amount that we have spent on shipment and couriers.

If the User is not satisfied with the condition of goods received the User must notify us within 1 working day so that we can rectify the problem. Please note that packing materials such as bags, cases, and boxes are not part of the goods ordered and may be damaged by the shipment handling process.

Order and Delivery policy
Order requests for orders to be delivered in South Africa will be processed within 2 working days after a paid order has been received and handed over to a courier company for delivery. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, we shall courier the order to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our couriers within their normal routes. In these circumstances, the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address. Please note we do not deliver to farms or addresses that have a dirt road to access the delivery address that is longer than 500 m. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during normal working hours.

For orders of specific products that Wave Technologies has to import on behalf of a client from our sources in other countries the full amount still needs to be paid upfront but may take up to 14 working days to be delivered.

WaveTech will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order. If the User is not satisfied with the condition of good received the User must notify us within 1 working day. We shall replace goods that has been damaged by shipping as soon as it is returned to us.

Buyback procedure
How we operate with buying products back is by sending our courier to collect. When we receive the item we shall inspect to see if the kit is complete and that everything is working and if we are satisfied we shall do an EFT within 48 hours to your account. Please note “Buying back” a product is not the same as “refunding”. Please send an email to info@wave.co.za if you want to sell one of the products that you bought directly from us or if you want to trade it in.

Payment Options
Payment may be made by credit card or by bank transfer into WaveTech's bank account, the details of which will be provided with the checkout procedure. Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR). One can also pay via PayPal at the following link: https://www.paypal.me/Wavetech


E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website www.rifehealth.co.za sells electronic health device goods online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser's risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury, or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User's personal information and credit card details, delivery address, and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User's electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
