When one does not feel the current:
Usually it is because of a change from Ac to DC setting. DC setting is a weaker current. Download the instructions below to see how to set AC and DC.
The second reason for no current running is a fault in one of the cables that connects between the instrument and the electrodes.
How to test the cables: Run a treatment and let the 2 hand electrodes touch and see if the meter moves. If not do the following:
Test one of the two cables in a loop (put the one side into the female plug on the unit and the other point into the other female plug).
With each cable testing the meter should move. If not then one of the plugs at the end of the particular cable is not connected and should just be joined together or replaced with a new one.
If the meter does move with the one cable then try the other cable.
Check the cables: Run a treatment and then try one cable at a time in a loop. Look at the meter.
Secondly see if there is sufficient contact between the cables and the hand electrodes. Look at the meter and hold the hand electrodes while treatment is running and shake them lightly while looking at the meter.
